A hedgerow tangle
Burnt ochres, deep russet browns and an array of greens combine to portray the tangle of brambles and leaves. Bright red berries are scattered throughout and multitude of marks form a richly textured surface.

Painted on a birch plywood panel in acrylic, acrylic inks, charcoal and oil sticks. Varnished with a satin varnish and coated with a natural wax finish.
Framed in a simple tray frame and ready to hang.
